Booklet advertising the range of Indian foods at Sainsbury's (to coincide with National Curry Day on 10 November and Sainsbury's A Taste of India promotion from 9 to 22 November).

Products include: spices, meat, poultry, bhajias, pakoras, samosas, chutneys and raita; Sharwood's Cook to Eat Puppodums, rice, Kingfisher Indian beer, ready meals, cooking sauces (Sainsbury's and Sharwood's), and exotic vegetables.

Includes recipe ideas and colour photographs. Recipes featured: Mint and Coriander Relish; Raita; Lamb Pasanda; Aromatic Rice; Dry Spiced Bombay Potatoes; Okra and Chickpeas with Tamarind and Coriander; Chicken Jalfrezi; Coconut-Flavoured Rice; Mango Lassi; Shahi Tukra.

Booklet was available to customers at no charge as part of the "Sainsbury's Fresh food, fresh ideas" advertising campaign.
