The inside folds contain a description of the product, and pictures (probably photographs) of specimen cuts and a list of prices. The front cover is illustrated with a photograph of Aberdeen Angus cattle at pasture, the back cover is blank.
The leaflet is not dated but very strongly similar to the leaflet advertising Antipodean Lamb (SA/MAR/ADV/3/3/1/4/5), suggesting that the two were produced at a similar date.
