Price list for turkey and geese.

Turkeys are subdivided into Norfolk and Devon, Irish and Imported birds and prices range from "under 13lbs" to "20lbs and over Special Birds".

It is possible that this was a wholesale price list, since a printed note at the foot of the folio advises the reader of shortages of birds weighing more than 20 lbs and implies that the reader may have a number of birds; this may however be advice to the poultry departments in Sainsbury's branches.
