"Sainsbury's Recipe for Mascarpone & Lime Torte" recipe card

I made this Mascarpone & Lime Torte many, many times after the recipe card first appeared. And I have done so since numerous times. But I lost the recipe card and just typed Sainsbury's Lime Cheesecake into the search box. And the recipe card appeared in the SainsburyArchive. Thank you SO MUCH Sainsbury's. It never occurred to me that you had an archive. The recipe is now saved on my PC. It's a fabulous Torte and is great at a dinner party, with grated chocolate on top rather than rose leaves and grapes.

This is the most amazing torte ever. I got the original card and used it over and over have since lost it. Thanks Sainsburys for having it online. Christmas mascarpone and lime torte will be on the table tomorrow

I stupidly threw away a recipe scrap book when moving house several years ago, and have often thought about this recipe (and others) that my whole family loved. I cannot believe there's an archive for recipe cards - this is amazing. I will be making this for mother's day lunch - thank you Sainsburys. I will never throw away a recipe collection again.

Like others, I too have this card somewhere - and a typed copy too, but not to hand. Whenever we have a big family lunch, this is requested! My daughter really doesn't like limes, though, so she stays well out of the way till it's made! I sometimes make a couple of small versions in ramekins if I have doubled the recipe. Always very popular. Thank you for the archive.
