"Healthy eating for life" booklet

Booklet featuring advice on healthy eating and promoting the Weight Watchers from Heinz range of low fat products (includes cereal, bread, low fat spread, cookies, savoury low fat snacks, baked beans, tinned spaghetti, soup, yogurt, fromage frais and chocolate mousse, cooking sauces, frozen ready meals, iced desserts, and dressings).

Includes a recipe for Feta Cheese and Crispy Bacon Salad with Mild Mustard Dressing, the Weight Watchers from Heinz logo, Sainsbury's "Healthy Balance" symbol, and colour photographs.

Booklet was part of the "You voted for it Now it's in store" series of booklets and leaflets, and was available to customers at no charge as part of the "Sainsbury's Fresh food, fresh ideas" advertising campaign.
