'Finding your way round the chiller cabinet' leaflet

Leaflet which provides the answers to customers' questions about why the Sainsbury's chiller cabinet looks like it does, the difference between a margarine and a low fat spread, and how different fats, saturates, monounsaturates and polyunsaturates contribute to a healthy diet. Leaflet includes product information about regular butters, butter style, healthier lifestyle, and cooking and baking margarines and spreads, and hints and tips about cooking with these products.

Leaflet was available to customers at no charge as part of the "Sainsbury's Fresh food, fresh ideas" advertising campaign and includes colour photographs.
