Newsletter promoting Sainsbury's "new and exciting ventures in organic foods". It is stated that it is the first issue of a quarterly newsletter (no subsequent issues however can be currently found in the archive catalogue, so it is possible that no further issues were actually produced).
The newsletter was apparently intended for the media rather than customers (it explains that product photography is available to journalists and includes contact details for the Product PR department).
Includes recipe for Organic Wild Rocket and Tomato Flan, information on new products (Sainsbury's Organic pizzas, croissants, teddy cake and wines), information about the Organic Baby range, 'Organic October' promotion and www.tasteforlife.co.uk website. Also includes short article on Sainsbury's initiative to safeguard the integrity of its organic products through joining Internal Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM) accreditation programme.
Includes note by Ian Merton, Organic Trading Director.
With slogan 'Making Life Taste Better'.
