"Environment Friendlier Shopping" memorandum

Customer leaflet which lists the products available at Sainsbury's store which "have been developed to provide an added environmental benefit e.g organic foods, or...have had an unfriendly ingredient removed e.g phosphate free". The leaflet also refers to the "Environment Friendlier" symbol which was added to shelf strips and packaging to indicate environmentally friendly products. The leaflet was issued in Sainsbury's stores from 27th November 1990 according to SA/MARK/ADV/3/5/3/41/3/1. Features the "Sainsbury's Leading By Example" slogan.
