Casket-shaped cardboard box with hinged lid produced as packaging for Sainsbury's own-brand French truffles.
The box has a matt silver ground. There is a rectangular purple glossy panel on the lid featuring a photograph of the product and an inscription including the product name, 'SAINSBURY'S Extra Smooth Chocolate French Truffles'. The lid also bears an inscription in metallic silver, 'Truffles'.
There are further inscriptions on the front, base and reverse of the box giving ingredients, nutritional information and further product details. The base of the box has been fastened together with colourless adhesive tape.
