Booklet produced by Sainsbury's in collaboration with South Eastern Gas (SEGAS). The booklet appears to have been given out at a series of presentations by Sainsbury's home economists (see press releases SA/PR/2/1/16/34, 50, 81, 85, 94, 95, 110). The booklet contains recipes derived from cookbooks available at Sainsbury's and advertisements for both partner companies.
