"eBooks by Sainsbury’s completes sale of aNobii" press release

Press release announcing that "eBooks by Sainsbury’s has sold its international social network subsidiary aNobii to Italy’s largest publishing group, Mondadori. The asset sale will enable eBooks by Sainsbury’s to focus exclusively on its core business of developing and growing its online retailing activities and ecommerce platform in the UK".
[Only the Anobii.com social network website was sold, the e-book retailer part of the company, which ran the www.sainsburysebooks.co.uk website, was not sold and later became wholly owned by Sainsbury's, see press release 5 August 2014].
