Contains media log sheets for the Press and PR department in chronological order.
Each sheet contains: a code; the name of the individual taking the enquiry; the date and time of the enquiry; what the enquiry is about and the deadline for answering it along with the name of the journalist, the publication they are working and their telephone number, fax number or telex; the response to it; whether any follow up is required and the signature of the individual. Although there is a space for a manager's signature this was not filled in.
The enquiries range from questions about recycled bags and changes to food labels to a request for a list of environmentally friendly products and another for Christmas trading hours.
