Questions and answers documents [for home economist speakers]

Documents containing answers to various questions about Sainsbury's, food, and own-label products.

These were probably for use by the home economist speakers to help answer any queries asked by those attending talks. A variety of topics are included such as questions relating to healthy eating, food safety, ethical trading, British/local sourcing, environmental issues, labelling and packaging, availability of particular products, food storage, and company policies. Many of the questions are about specific products. Some of the documents are dated. A memorandum from A.B. Cheesman commenting on the Speakers Summary Report for January 1994 is also included.
