"What's new at Sainsbury's?" leaflet introducing new own-brand products and additions to ranges. The new products promoted are: Savoury Pies made with Quorn myco-protein; a range of freshly-made soups; finger food and starters for vegetarians (such as Pork Saté with peanut sauce, Vegetable Samosas and Crispy Crumbed Mushrooms); a range of seasoned chickens; Sainsbury's Alcohol-Free White Wine; Sainsbury's Monastère mineral water; "Sainsbury's Book of Wine" by Oz Clarke; Sainsbury's Blanquette de Limoux sparkling wine; Sainsbury's 10 Year Old Tawny Port; Sainsbury's vitamins range; and Sainsbury's First Aid Kits. The back page promotes the awards recently won by Sainsbury's: Number One Marketing Company [as commissioned by 'Marketing Week']; 1987 Evian Health Award for Sainsbury's series of 'Living Today' leaflets; certificate of merit in the Food Marketing Institute Women's Day Advertising Awards Competition for the 'Grapefruit' and 'Chardonnay' advertisements; and the Glenfiddich Trophy for the "Sainsbury's Classic Cook Book" series. Leaflet was available to customers at no charge and includes colour photographs.
