The price list is divided, possibly into rationed and unrationed products, with a separate caterers' section at the back of the pamphlet. Within these sections products are listed alphabetically. From the quantities involved it seems probable that the firm were suppliers rather than retailers. Most of the products are groceries. The front cover bis illustrated with a picture of the firm's offices in brown and blue ink, the back cover bears an advertisement for Wellsdale Flour.
