Grimbly Hughes & co were wholesale grocers and provision merchants with outlets in Oxford, Leamington and Bedford. Products are listed strictly alphabetically, with the exception of patent medicines, toilet and dental products which are listed seperately at the end of the pamphlet. the price list is indexed.

A number of special Coronation themed products are listed at the back of the pamphlet, along with a description of the particular features introduced for the occasion. The front page merely contains details of the price list and grocer, the back cover bears and advertisement for Korebo Coffee. The pamphlet also contains an editorial intialled W.S. and titled "To Start You Thinking" advocating charitable works; this has a distinctly American emphasis. The inside front cover gives details of the ration weeks between October [1952?] and July [1953?].
