Interview with a Sainsbury’s senior manager about a marketing campaign to promote lower prices including ‘Low Price Essential’ offers, special offers, end of aisle plinths to promote offers, and television commercial. 2. Interview with Colin Harvey (Retail Director) about: the marketing campaign; the role that store managers need to play to address the price perception issue; the new goal for customer service to remove queues; packing service at checkouts. Includes footage of checkouts.
