2. Clip from JS TV (1st episode, March 1995). Interview with Janet Foster (Product Development Manager, Confectionery) about how they come up with ideas for new confectionery products, testing products. Footage showing an Easter egg display is also included.
3. Clip from JS TV (2nd episode, May 1995). Feature about the blending of Sainsbury’s Red Label Tea. Shows tea blender Derek at Sainsbury’s tea supplier testing and blending teas. He explains how they blend tea and why they do it.
4. Clip (from an unidentified staff video, perhaps an episode of JS TV?). Feature about apricots grown in the south of France. The supplier talks about his orchards, apricots, picking, and quality control. Includes footage from the orchards, packing/quality checking of apricots and apricots in stores.
5. Clip from JS TV (unidentified episode). Feature showing part of the working day of driver Mick Williams from Buntingford depot. Includes footage of lorry on road; Buntingford Depot interior and exterior; filling with fuel; going through lorry wash.
