Recording of a Sainsbury's Business Television programme for Sainsbury's staff (mainly store management teams). It was broadcast live on 7 November 2000 by satellite to Sainsbury's stores, depots and offices. It was presented by John Howard in the studio.

2. Call with David Moore (Store Manager, Lewes Road, Brighton) about impact of recent flooding and how they had helped by sending goods to the nearby town of Lewes which had been flooded. Includes footage of floods in Lewes.
3. Studio discussion about floods, the company’s recent performance, and the successful launch of the Taste the Difference range with Sara Weller (Marketing Director) and Stuart Mitchell (Trading Director).
4. Report on the launch of Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference (Sainsbury’s premium own-brand range). Includes interviews with staff in a store, footage of displays and products in a store, a sampling stand. Credits suggest this was filmed at Ladbroke Grove store in London.
5. Continued studio discussion about Taste the Difference, with more details about the development and promotion of the range, future plans etc.
6. Report about the Taste the Difference Tarte au Chocolat as an example of a Taste the Difference product, including how it is made at the Elisabeth The Chef factory. Includes footage of production in the factory, sampling in store and ‘vox pops’ with customers.
7. Continued studio discussion on Taste the Difference about some of the products they had tried future plans and tasting products.
8. Video of Jamie Oliver (celebrity chef) talking about Taste the Difference products he tried.
9. Television commercial promoting Taste the Difference. The advert depicts Jamie Oliver and friends going on a camper van trip to Italy and enjoy the buffalo mozzarella they tried so bring back several bags of it. They arrive back in the UK outside a Sainsbury’s store only to find they are selling buffalo mozzarella as part of the Taste the Difference range.
