Recording of a special Sainsbury's Business Television programme for Sainsbury's staff (mainly store management teams) mostly about changes in the company's senior leadership. It also discusses the January trading statement (financial results) which had just been released. The programme was broadcast on 14 January 2000 by satellite to Sainsbury's stores, depots and offices. It was presented by John Howard in the studio.

It had been announced on the morning of 14 January 2000 that Dino Adriano was to retire as the J. Sainsbury plc Group Chief Executive (CEO) and Sir Peter Davis was to be the new Chief Executive. Major changes were also being made to the board of Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd (this was responsible for the main Sainsbury’s supermarket business, excluding the other subsidiaries owned by the group). This included Sara Weller being appointed as Marketing Director and Kevin McCarten as Store Director
