Recording of a Sainsbury's Business Television programme for Sainsbury's staff (mainly store management teams). It was broadcast live on 4 April 2000 by satellite to Sainsbury's stores, depots and offices. It was presented by John Howard in the studio.

Contents:
01:24: Introduction by presenter John Howard, including summary of the "dramatic board changes" which took place since the last programme, and report of the death of former joint general manager Sir Robert Sainsbury.
02:52: Report on the "new format large store" at London Colney, St Albans, which was previously a SavaCentre. Includes clips of interviews with store director Peter Smith and management staff and footage of interior of branch with staff and customers. Footage focuses in particular on the produce [fresh fruit and vegetables] department, delicatessen and display of Special Selection products, J's Restaurant and Starbucks Coffee shop, "well being" department ("organic and natural products"), pharmacy, clothing department including displays of Adams children's clothing, beers, wines and spirits department, bakery and patisserie (including self-selection bread feature allowing customers to pack and slice loaves themselves), cookshop, Sainsbury's Bank staffed information point, and celebration department (greetings cards and party equipment).
07:08: Interview in the studio with senior manager, large store formats Warren Scarr and Peter Smith about the research into customer habits which informed the design of the London Colney branch and staff input.
12:23: Report on London Colney's resident in-store demonstration chef Stuart Ramsden. Includes clips of interview with Stuart Ramsden explaining his role and footage of him cooking Spanish-style Prawns Pil Pil in front of an audience of customers.
14:49: Further discussion in the studio with Peter Smith and Warren Scarr about Stuart Ramsden's role.
17:45: Discussion in the studio with Peter Smith and Warren Scarr about the performance of London Colney branch.
18:42: Clips of interviews with customers praising the London Colney branch.
20:14: Discussion in the studio with Peter Smith and Warren Scarr about the wider lessons that can be learned from the London Colney branch, and plans for Marks & Spencers to take over part of the branch.
