Two videos containing unedited footage relating to a "Sainsbury's Business TV "PR Xmas Event"" about Christmas foods. The tape labels suggest it was possibly filmed for a Sainsbury's Business Television programme for Sainsbury's staff (mainly store management teams) broadcast sometime around August 2001. The Archive does not appear to have digitized recordings of any programmes confirming that the footage was used.

Video "#01" includes footage of: various unpackaged and packaged Sainsbury's products (some from the Taste the Difference range) laid out in rooms with Christmas decorations, including chocolate box-type chocolates, chocolate biscuits, cakes, mince pies, Christmas puddings, wine, Sainsbury's Tawny Port and Sainsbury's 10 Year Old Tawny Port, cheeses including Stilton, Wensleydale and Camembert, children's confectionery and cakes, various party foods, pies and pâté; interview with seasonal confectionery buyer Sarah Langridge[?] about Christmas confectionery and new ranges of Sainsbury's boxed confectionery (Sainsbury's Paris Collection, Sainsbury's Rome Collection, Sainsbury's New York Collection and Sainsbury's After Dinner Collection); close-ups of new boxed confectionery packaging.

Video "#02" includes footage of: interview with unidentified buyer[?] about Christmas chilled convenience foods range, store merchandising toolbox, new Christmas products on the "food to go" counter; close-ups of unpackaged Christmas convenience foods ("duck with mulled wine & cranberry [...?], various prepared vegetables and cranberry sauce).
