Recording of a Sainsbury's Business Television programme for Sainsbury's staff (mainly store management teams) about the launch of "First for Fresh", an initiative to improve the company's offer and sales for fresh foods such as fresh fruit and vegetables, and cheese. It was broadcast on 13 May 2003 by satellite to Sainsbury's stores, depots and offices. It was presented by Caroline Froggatt and was filmed at the First for Fresh Roadshow held at Kempton Park Racecourse attended by duty and produce managers.

1. Introduction by presenter.
2. Interview with Sara Weller (Deputy Managing Director) about the reasons for the First for Fresh initiative and what they hope to acheive. Footage is included of: product displays and packaging.
3. Interview with Tony Sullivan (General Manager, Fresh Produce & Floral) about implementation of First for Fresh in produce including displays, quality checks and improvements in availability. Footage is included of: staff at the roadshow trying products; displays of flowers, fruit and vegetables;
4. Interview with Finn Cottle (General Manager, Dairy) about implementation of First for Fresh in the Fresh Foods Department including new products, displays and promotion. Footage is included of product displays.
5. Interview with Jeremy Schwartz (Brand Marketing Director) about the role of customer service and being able to promote products to customers, and about advertising (which will star Jamie Oliver).
6. Brief "Vox pop" interviews with the roadshow attendees about implementing the initiative in their stores.
