Video is in the style of a soap opera, with actors playing the parts of Sainsbury's staff. It begins with text onscreen reading "A Sainsbury's car park somewhere in Britain", followed by the title "Jenny's choice".
The video shows various branch who are dealing with problems in their personal lives and become distracted from doing their work properly, allowing products to be damaged, stolen, wasted or put on shelves in incorrect date order. A shoplifter also deceives kiosk staff into giving him an additional music CD. When a former staff member steals a box of videos from the loading bay, current staff member "Jenny" considers whether to follow the advice of a colleague and ignore it, before deciding to call Crimestoppers. Staff finally encourage each other to take individual responsibility, not to dismiss everything as "management's problem".
Video ends with message onscreen "with thanks to everyone at Sainsbury's Harrogate", followed by the "Sainsbury's Stockwise" owl logo, while the song 'Lifted' by the Lighthouse Family plays.
