This photograph is included on page 17 which explains that after being coated in chocolate "they spend twenty minutes in the cooler and emerge as a finished product ready for packing".

An article and some of the photographs from this set SO17 to SO21 are included in JS Journal December 1968 pages 14 to 17. This photograph is included on page 16 which explains that the Peppermint Creams were covered in chocolate when they went through a wall of chocolate piped in from another factory, were then dipped in a shallow trough to coat the bottoms and then spent 20 minutes in a cooler.
