Video recording of two focus group discussions carried out by a market research company on behalf of Sainsbury’s with members of the public in preparation for the launch of a Sainsbury's financial services company (which would become Sainsbury’s Bank).
The first discussion is with a group of women and second discussion is with a group of men. The label on the tape suggests the focus group discussions were in North Cheam.
The focus groups intended to find out public opinions relating to the launch of a Sainsbury’s bank. Various topics were discussed for example on what they thought about the idea of a Sainsbury’s bank, the services/products they would like, telephone banking, the design of bank cards, and what they thought the planned bank should be called.
Duration: 3 hours 56 minutes.
