Draft document (2 pages) headed "Draft No. 2 Qs and As Re: Brico" giving answers to expected questions from the media about Sainsbury's joint venture with GB-Inno-BM S.A. to establish a chain of do-it-yourself (DIY) stores.
The new stores were intended to follow the same formula as GB-Inno-BM's Brico Centre stores which operated in continental Europe. The company would be 75% owned by Sainsbury's and 25% by GB-Inno-BM. At the time this document was written the name of the chain was yet to be decided - it became Homebase.
