Shaw's Supermarkets spring 1994 television commercials

Compilation of eight 30 second television commercials for Shaw’s Supermarkets [a USA subsidiary of Sainsbury’s, 1987 to 2004] broadcast in spring 1994.

Each commercial compares a supplier branded product (one well known in the USA) with the equivalent Shaw’s own-brand (private label) product. It states the Shaw’s own-brand product is just as good as the supplier branded product but at a lower price. The advertisement then shows a second supplier branded product and compares that with the equivalent own-brand. All the advertisements include the “Good Food Costs Less at Shaw’s” slogan.
